RECEIVE YOUR WELCOME PACKET
Once you register you will be sent a welcome package and given access to the Exclusive TRUE MOBILE APP to provide your starting pics. (Don't worry - no one will see these but me! It's important I know where you're starting from to gauge your progress in the challenge.)
REPARE FOR THE CHALLENGE KICK OFF! (9/11/17)
Your exclusive welcome packet will include Nutrition and Workout Prep to prepare for success in the challenge. Once Day 1 arrives you will have your workouts loaded into the mobile app along with instructional videos from me.
The workouts will be intense and effective but the home workouts will not require a gym. There will also be GYM based workouts for those of you who want to train in the gym. The meal plans will be extremely healthy but also allow for flexibility and enjoyment. We will motivate each other throughout the challenge in a PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP.I will be with you every step of the way!
OFFICIAL CHALLENGE RULES

Duration of Challenge - This is an 8 week challenge that will run from September 11th, 2017 to November 6th, 2017. Entries will be accepted up until and including September 10th 2017. Challenge closes forever at capacity.
Eligibility - Entries are limited to one per person. Male or female contestants are welcome to enter, but you must be at least 18 years of age. (Challenge is now INTERNATIONAL. Please bear with time difference for email delivery.)
Entry Photos - You must submit three (3) photos as part of your challenge entry in the MOBILE APP. You must have good posture, the photos must be clear, and there must be good lighting. Underwear or a swimsuit are strongly preferred. The photos must be a front shot, a side shot, and a back shot of your whole body. A thumbs-up, face shot, or clothed picture where it is difficult to see the shape of the contestant are not valid. You do not need to include a picture of your face; neck and down is fine. In all pictures, contestants must hold either a newspaper or piece of paper prominently displaying the date the photo was taken. Any digital editing except those mentioned below could lead to your photos being rejected. The only valid changes you may make to your photographs are cropping, re-sizing, and using black boxes to cover the face, tattoos, or other features that may be used to identify you. Note that any contestants who fail to submit starting photos will have their entries invalidated.
Judging - The competition will be based solely on level of effort and commitment, as judged within Josiah's sole discretion. The factors that will determine the winner include, but are not limited to: (1) difference in appearance between your first set of pictures and last; (2) degree of consistency in following the program; and (3) participation in the private challenge Facebook group. This is all about giving it your best, so have fun with it!!
Prizes - Winners will be announced on November 10th, 2017. One (1) grand prize winner will receive an all expenses paid trip to visit Josiah (must live in the US or Canada). There will also be a handful of awesome runner-up prizes!
WHO CAN SIGN UP
Beginners - If you're new to fitness or have been on the sidelines for awhile, no sweat! The daily workouts will come with modifications in the event you're unable to complete the full routine or need something a little less intense.
Advanced - Been training on the regular and looking for something to take your results to the next level? This challenge will help you take things to the next level!
